A dance theatre piece for ages 6 and up.

‘For Heute keine Elefanten (No Elephants Today), Team Tartar worked with children to search for elephants and elephant characteristics in the urban environment and in their everyday physicality. Once you have mentally focused on grey objects in the city, it immediately happens that every power cable becomes a trunk, every thick tree trunk becomes an elephant leg. If you concentrate on the weight of the legs, the gait becomes elephantine slow by itself.’ The performance begins on stage and then leads outside into the neighbourhood.
